I second SC3 on this one. I took my '15 into the dealer last week, left it for the day, and then had to escalate to the service manager to get them to agree to fix it. If you go to the honda owner's website, then enter 2015 CR-V in the Vehicle Info tab, it should bring up a link to the vibration information that Honda was required to post on their owner's website. It clearly states that Mode 1 is covered under powertrain and mode 2 and 3 are covered under emissions warranties. This is new as of November-ish, so it just means you need to be knowledgeable because the service reps certainly aren't.
