Hello all,

I'm new to the forum and to the CRV, and hoping someone can help me out here.

We bought the CRV withing the last month, so still learning it.
My wife is a fairly short woman, so she has some issues getting into the car.
Has anyone installed running boards on their car?
If so, what looks the best, and how hard was it to install?
Or, is this something I should only have a dealer mess with?

Thanks so much for your help.

My wife stands 5'2" and has no problem getting in/out of our '16 CR-V EX-L.

My wife is also 5'2" tall (and that's stretching it a bit) and she has no problems. Has she tried adjusting the seat height? My wife loves her EX-L and she wants to keep it a long time.

At the same height - one can have a longer torso and one can have longer legs. It can make a difference.
