Hi, good afternoon. Is there a way to add my own Fog Lights or LED Lights like on the Touring edition? I've been trying to find a video that shows how to add it the housing on the LX

There might not be a way to do that. You might have to go with aftermarket lights and mount another way

Not hard at all if you buy the Honda accessories.

I definitely like using the fogs even on clear nights. Fog Light Kit

Thanks! I'll try to work on that when i get another vehicle. I'm always in and out, i would never get to finish it all at once

You know if there's a way to replace the Daytime Running Light Bulbs with LEDs?

Why not?
One project at a time.

Adding fog lights would probably require removing the bumper
and cutting out the hole for the fog lights to fit in.
Look at the other years of CRV for general idea of the process.

Daytime running lights are (as far as I know) the high beams used at lower power.
Changing them to LEDs requires changing the headlight assembly to match the LED bulb to be legal
Changing the bulbs to LEDs do not automatic align the light rays in the correct direction
