Looking for some feedback regarding the Fuel Feed Pipe recall on all 2017-2018 CRV where engine was failing due to the Fuel Feed Pipe where engine and fuel/oil mixing problems were occurring.

For someone who has BEEN EFFECTED BY THIS ISSUE/OR KNOW ABOUT IT, has this re-call fix the problem?

I am looking at a 2017 CRV right now and I want to make sure before I buy that this has been rectified 100%

Engines were NOT failing because of this, nor did this contribute to OD. It was recalled because there was a possibility of fuel leaking in the rear of the vehicle.. hence a safety hazard that had to be remedied. Honda sent out formal recall notices for this for any possibly affected CRV. Mine was one of them, and the feed pipe was replaced under the recall.

There should be NO CRVs on the road with this problem, unless the owner simply flat out ignored the recall, which would be foolish in my view.
