I have a 2019 EX and am wanting to swap in a leather wrapped (not heated) wheel from an EX-L. I'm having trouble finding a used leather wheel but can find a zillion 2018 wheels.

Will these 2 wheels interchange? The part numbers seem to be slightly different but that doesn't necessarily mean anything.

Anyone swapped a wheel between these 2 years?

The 2019 buttons are different. Not only is the Volume slider different, but the physical buttons have a different rounding to them.

I believe they will work, but no one has confirmed yet.

I suggest you call college Hills Honda or your local Honda dealer. I've been given a lot of good information by talking Collage Hills Honda parts department when it comes to changing or up grading parts on different Honda's. Good luck.

Thanks. To clarify, I'm just referring to the actual wheel. I'd use the controls from my current wheel. I'll call College Hills Honda. I already tried my local dealer. They said they wouldn't have any idea then tried to sell me a 2019 EX-L wheel for $300.

It's possible that when Honda (or their contractor) changed the "button panel" that attaches to the wheel, that they also changed the way it attaches, both physically and electronically to the wheel. Personally, I would proceed with caution, especially if you are not able to return a wheel you buy for a full refund.
