We have had problems with this unit from the get go. Our CRV is still under warranty. Every time we take it in for a problem with the unit, they "reset" it and tell us there is no fix yet. Sorry, but they need to fix it or replace it with some other unit that does work. If they can't do that, then replace the car with a model that works. If I bought an appliance that was flawed, that's what would happen. Honda needs to get it straight.
