2019 CRV Price reporting thread-Simplified

I have found pricing threads to be somewhat confusing due to the variability in the methods of reporting. I was wondering whether there would be any interest in a simplified reporting method? This would be only one line, model of CRV (MSRP) and percentage discount from the manufacturer final window sticker price, EXCLUDING dealer ad ons, tax, tags, document fees, etc. and Not including any trade in price. For example:

2019 EX-L Navigation AWD (MSRP) 10% discount

2019 LX 2WD (MSRP) 8% discount

Realizing how dealers play with the numbers columns, an explanation of other costs, such as dealer ad ons, document fees etc. could be given below if desired. Thoughts?
