If you don't want genuine Honda accessories (best bought from a online dealer like Bernardi or HondaPartsCheap et al),
the following seem well-regarded:

Weathertech,
Husky
Lloyd Luxe mats from Autoanything

someone posted on another thread that the previous generation floormats they had fit fine in their 2023. I’ve been waiting for someone else to confirm…
i tried with my colleague 5th gen.
It fit, but not perfectly fit into the 6th gen.
I will just wait for the 23

Hi, I am in LA and just picked up a 2023 Sport Touring. How do I get in touch with them to have them scan the interior??
You can contact them, 23 CRV is not on the list yet,
but i think they will be happy to do it as CRV is 1 of the best selling car

If anyone is curious I bought the all-weather mats in the first link above made by auxko. They fit my 2023 ST well. The material is somewhere between the hard plastic of the weathertech floor liners and the very rubbery Husky X-ACT contour material. At ~$70 cheaper than what I assume the husky xact contours will cost when available I am happy with my purchase. With snow and the associates salt and sand I couldn't wait for Huskys to be available.

I tried the Husky x-act contours made for the 5th gen in my 2023, and they are not an exact fit at least on the drivers side. From what I can tell the floor contours are the same but the "posts" that lock the mat down on the drivers side are in a slightly different position so the back of the mat will not be snug against the base of the seat.

That's good to know. I haven't bought a set yet, but will once my vehicle is actually confirmed to be a few days from delivery. Did you buy a cargo mat from anywhere? There are a few available...

I did call WeatherTech about the perfect fit mats for my 2023 EXL CRV and they told me it would be about 90 days for the item to be available. This was a little after Christmas, we had a 2022 CRV Hybrid and I tried the WeatherTech mats that we got for it and the rears fit but the fronts did not.

I can't exactly call this a "build quality" issue, but it is an "accessory" quality issue. I purchased the winter mat package for my 2023 Sport Touring. The front and rear mats are excellent and fit perfectly, but the trunk floor mat is both flimsy and unstable. It's a poor fit, at best, and has enough play in it that moving packages or groceries out of the rear hatch will cause it to move enough to prevent the hatch from closing. There are no "pins" or "teeth" on the bottom (like many after-market mats) to hold it in place, and it has a good half inch clearance on all sides and against the rear seats. It also doesn't appear to be of the same quality as the "interior" mats. I'll bring it up with the dealer, but I think my recourse will be to buy a WeatherTech mat and send the ill-fitting "factory?" mat back to the dealer.

Yeah, it's annoying that the tray for the hybrids moves around. I assume the non-hybrid version doesn't move because that floor can be recessed because you move the floor board. To stop ours from sliding, I just added some velcro to the underside and it doesn't move anymore. We'll see how long that lasts. I noticed that seat back protectors are actually meant to be installed that way for this gen, so maybe the velcro will last quite awhile.

Just stick some velcro on the backside, it will stay in place. That is what I did and even getting my dogs in and out it doesn't move.

Should have read your reply first. I got the idea from the seat protectors.

i don't understand why all those big brands takes ages to have the mat available.
3Dmats told me around 6 months
how hard to scan it and make the mold for production, they been doing it for years and still couldn't speed up the progress
