2nd Gen Wheels: Stock Steel vs Alloy

I have a 2004 CRV LX with factory steel wheels. Locally there is a set of factory alloy (I think that's what they are). Is there any weight savings, if so does anybody know how much. Below is a pic of the wheels I am looking to pick up.

Thank you for the welcome and reply. I will try doing a search and see what I can come up with. And good point with the lug nuts, I would have never thought of that. Thanks!
