I have a 98 Honda CRV. It has a low oil pressure problem. I can drive the car for about 10 minutes or so when the engine gets to normal temperature. After about 10 minutes at normal temperature the check oil light comes on. Shortly there after, the car starts to overheat. I then have to pull over and let it cool down before driving it again. So far, I've checked the oil level (it's ok), replaced the PCV valve, replaced all the engine gaskets as seals (except for the rear crankshaft seal), used heavier oil (SAE 60W), replaced the oil sending unit, and replaced the oil pump. Is there anything else I can do, or do I just have to get a new car (or a new engine). Please let me know. Thanks.
