Search for reviews on the makes the best fuel filters in general. It's not a part you replace often, so you want to put the best one in that you can.
I would also try to get one that has a warranty. Must part stores don't warrant filters. I'll my mind if something is supposed to last, and it has no warranty, it also has no value. Filters are a special case in that respect, but dealers do warrant parts that stores don't (pcv valves, for instance). If a Honda dealer has a warranty for a fuel filter and the parts store doesn't, I'd spend extra for a dealer part with a warranty.
