Has anyone found an aftermarket receiver for the fourth generation CR-Vs without navigation that will allow you to retain the three backup camera views of the i-Mid display?

Not an actual receiver, but the idatalink Maestro RR allows you to keep them. Check on Crutchfield for receivers that have idatalink compatibility (think it's pretty much Kenwood, Pioneer & Alpine though there may be others). I just upgraded from my old Kenwood DDX-9902S to a Pioneer DMH-WT7600NEX on my 2013 EX and all the camera views are working fine on the i-mid display.
