Have it scanned, or get a scanner that can read SRS codes like the BlueDriver. It will tell you exactly which circuit is causing the issue. One common failure we have in two of our Hondas (one a 2005 TSX and the other a 2004 Civic) is the driver's seat belt buckle--the switch in it wears out and/or gets dirty and does not make proper contact. It should be a free repair from Honda.
