Hey all,
I intend to buy replacement shocks for my 2001 CR-V EX online. However, I heard the dimensions vary across same year model. How true is this?

Tried searching with my VIN, which starts with JHLRD18511- however all websites I tried always come up with "Invalid VIN".

Can anyone guide on this as well, where to get these exact replacements online?

Are there any gurus on here, still willing to help?
I plan getting bilstein 4600 shocks but do not want to end up ordering a wrong set; as I have read it somewhere that the part nos. for the models built in Japan differ from that built in the U.S. Mine is the former. Can anyone help on this?

your car was made in |Japan ( JH )

UK worldwide catalogue doesn't cover JHLRD18511 prefix........18501, 18401, 184*1

two different strut designs, although one is for the 2 litre and the other 2.4 litre.....should be able to look underneath and tell the difference if there has been any crossover with parts.
