The one issue I seem to see a lot of posts on is the gas in oil issue for 2017-2018 CRVs.
I saw the Honda Canada 2018 October press release which talked about plans to address any problems.

But I haven't seen any news about whether any 2019 CRV has ever experienced this problem, or whether this (seemingly low incidence) problem is still around.
Despite the relatively low probability of the issue, it is bad enough that it has none-the-less generated a lot of buzz here - unsurprisingly!

And is there any other flaws to watch for in the 2019 especially?

Looking to possibly purchase a new 2019 CRV EX.
With the lingering oil problem and the lack of heat, does that suggest leasing is a better way to go to reduce risk ?
If the vehicle is OK and the problem is truly solved, buyout the lease at the end of the period.
If the vehicle is not OK turn it back to Honda and walk!

Leasing is the better way to go with CRVs with the 1.5L turbo motor unless you live in colder climates, then picking a different brand car is the best option. JMHO

I test drove a CR-V and I like it. I hope the Software Fix helps. I have a couple months left on a Lease.
They have had problems with "Dead" batteries too. They suggest you trickle Charge battery each night.
