The amp, sub and speakers are what they are, there's no CRV specific fitment or quality assessment needed. Search here for lc7i though, you'll see a few others that have used it, some with some nice placement photos.
Consider adding significant sound deadening. You can improve quality a lot by preventing resonance and road noise from infiltrating and cancelling out usually mid bass. Most people skip this step and just use watts to overcome road noise, which works, but makes for a less optimal experience. See signature for my approach. I reduced outside noise by 10dB, upgraded speakers and sub, added an EQ on the head unit and left the amp as is. Again, a different/non typical approach that works well for my uses.
Finally, if you have a noise cancelling module (ANC) you'll need to unplug it. Search here for guides, it's easy, just obscure.
