Interesting article about Honda's quality issues including the CR-Vs. As the article says "Are cracks showing in Honda's legendary quality and reliability?" On one hand "consumers appear to be looking past them for now" and on the other hand "The brand hasn't scored above the industry average since 2015."

I wonder what the 2020 Dependability Study will say (for 2017 autos). If the number of CR-V complaints on the NHTSA are any indication it may not be good. The 2017 CR-V has 7 times the number of complaints compared with the 2017 RAV4 and 22 times compared to the 2017 Mazda CX-5. Even the 2017 Jeep Cherokee outscores the CR-V on the NHTSA, by a 4 to 1 margin at that.
