FOUND THE PROBLEM??????
I removed the Honda front CV Shafts and installed new Cardone ones, vibration is gone, the Honda ones felt perfect,
the Cardone ones are slightly bigger shafts in diameter,
I am thinking it was a balance problem, no wear at all.

I've seen balance weights come off those shafts and cause issues.

The 2010 front CV shafts don't have weights
Interesting. Some sort of alternative balancing process? I've never seen any shaft, half or full, without balance weights, ever. Drilled divots, maybe? I've seen that, but only on custom work on race cars.

Hello, I rechecked and nothing on the half shafts, not even rubber doughnuts, the main prop shaft is balanced with welded on weights

They balanced them somehow. You might not see it, but it's there. The welded on weights is the norm.

Balanced all of my tyres and rims because it shook like a vibrator between 40 and 70mph after the rebalance it was a lot better but still there. In the end it turned out to be a front drive shaft. I changed both and now there is no problem.
