I liked the look of the Polished Stainless Steel trim on the 2019 Touring model but was more money than I wanted to spend for this vehicle so I looked at whether I could buy aftermarket trim. I saw that a seller offers an aftermarket polished set on AMAZON.COM under the company Beautost. There were some negative comments about the 3m ADHESIVE not being sufficient. I ordered the 8 pieces for $145 total and added some additional 3m VHB to each of the pieces. I heated with a hot air dryer and manually applied to the car. I'm happy overall with the result, but the 2 front pieces did not sit perfectly but we will see if it stays attached (Amazon Reviews dinged them for this too and I agree). NOTE: If I had it to do again I'd probably use an adhesive like 3m 4200 caulking to bond the 2 front boomerang shaped pieces, but it has a slow cure rate and would require some pressure applied for the 24 hours it takes to cure. Here are some photos should anybody else want to consider this small upgrade project with an NON-Genuine Honda Part like this.
