Yes, obviously I'll be biased but H-and-A has been supporting us for several years now and they have established quite a customer base from our network of sites. Trevor and the gang take good care of you.
As we got two new Hondas this year, I bought quite a few parts and accessories, and so I had a chance to try out several sites. Here is my experience, from worst to best:
1. HondaPartsDeals.com http://www.hondapartsdeals.com
The cargo tray I ordered was rolled up and shrink-wrapped, presumably by Honda, and this vendor just taped an address label on that. No other packaging ! From the condition it arrived, it looked as they have thrown it out of their window when the UPS truck came by. On top of that, the cargo net that I also ordered was the wrong part. Will never order from this firm again for sure.
2. Wholesale Direct http://parts-honda.com/
Appears to have the lowest prices of all vendors I have seen. That is until you get to the checkout and see the shipping charges. They wanted to charge over $50 in shipping for a few floor mats and mud flaps. Also, very annoying web site intro page. I did not order from them, so I cannot report on their fulfillment, but a friend said it took them 5 days to ship an order (just to put it in the mail).
3. Majestic Honda http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/
Was fine overall. The website is a bit confusing, though. For some parts, it was not clear if it was the right model year. For parts with different colors, you can select the color, but then it shows the generic description in the shopping cart, so you never know if you selected the right items. I bought a few parts on this site, and it was ok, but for most parts I went to the site below.
4. H and A http://www.handa-accessories.com/
Clear website. Easy to locate parts. All details displayed in shopping cart. Prices not the absolute lowest, but reasonable and still much better than the local dealer. We bought our CR-V on Sunday, ordered several accessories on Monday afternoon, and today (Wednesday), they arrived and I have already installed them ! They came carefully packed, and even with instructions included. Only disadvantage for folks in California is that they have to charge sales tax, as they operate from this state. It was still worth it for me. For folks outside CA, not even a question. To top it off, they have a few parts I have found no place else, like the official service manuals. Overall, highly recommended.
