I am having a bluetooth problem with my 2015 CRV. When I use bluetooth, my music downloads on my smartphone is at a volume level so low I can barely hear it but if I plug it into the USB port the sound is normal. Am I doing something wrong?

Is the phone controlling BT output volume? Is it set very low?

No it's on max volume.

when i use BT i have my phone volume up all the way, then also adjust the volume on the head unit - can only do that when BT is in use.
