Greetings, this is my first post after stalking for a while. I've got a 2016 CR-V Touring. Is anyone else experiencing issues with the Bluetooth interface? The car's "premium" stereo is paired with my Samsung S8 phone. Since having the car handed down to my (from my wife after she took delivery of her Ridgeline) has been dropping its connection a couple of times a week. It seems that the connection lags and then drops if I scroll through a couple of songs in quick succession. To resync the connection (if it works at all) I need to restart the phone and power down and up the stereo.

Anyone else have this issue - or know how to fix it?

Did your wife use BT and if so, what device did she have? Same or not?

yes, my wife used BT when she was driving the car. She thinks she had the S7 when she drove it. I'm going to try a factory reset and see what that does.
Does anybody know how to do a factory reset?
