I have a 2010 Honda CR-V. I was trying to change the brake pads. I cannot compress the brake caliper piston. I used an 8 inch clamp, no luck. Any suggestions?

Loosen the brake system fluid cap.

It's come out too far. Time for new one I fear.

I have a 2011 and my calipers don't look as bad with corrosion. Loosen the bleeder screw and see if you can push them in. Don't force it. Show us how the old pads look.
