2018 CRV-EXL. When I follow the instructions for setting the seat memory, it doesn't stick. When pressing set and the number corresponding to the key fob, it beeps twice per instructions but once I leave the car and come back, the memory is no longer set

Which key number are you using? If 1 that is position 1.
