Came on the car. Supposed to pull out like a window shade and hide what's in the car. Its stuck or i dont know how to use it help!

There's information about the Cargo Cover in the Owners Manual in the section titled "Rear Cargo Cover".

unfortunately my owner's manual doesn't have a section of that title. I looked under "R" for rear cargo cover and "C" for cargo cover with no luck.

Interesting, it's not listed in the Index.
The PDF copy I have shows it on page 223.

If the cargo cover is just hanging down then you should be able to just pull it out. If it’s sitting horizontal like a shelf then you have to lift it slightly up and then pull out.
