Hello to all my fellow CR-V owners,

I have recently noticed a clunking noise coming from the front of my vehicle, which seems to disappear when the brakes are applied.
I have jacked it up and had a good look around and can see nor feel anything worn or loose, I also fitted new rubber bushes on the anti sway bar, but then noise is still there, does anyone out there have any suggestions as to what might be causing this??

Sounds like its possibly worn ball joints. That's the symptoms my daughters CRV had and I knew the tie rod ends needed to be replaced. When I removed the tie rod ends, I noticed how bad the ball joints were. I replaced the complete control arm assembly which came with the ball joint and bushings for about $30 - $40 a piece. Not hard to do at all.
