We are looking at a2015 CR-V, the service records show that the dealer registered a "computer reprogramming" a few months back. Car had about 27,000 miles at that point.

Somewhat concerned about Why the dealer would have had to do this.

Any input would be appreciated. Vehicle seems great, but little things like this just make us wonder.

Thanks

All were done per Honda. Can't fault them for being proactive and taking care of business. We love our '15 and everything about it. Cheers!

Some on this forum love their 2015 CRV. Many, many hate them! Posts from owners about Honda fixes done, but problems persist or return.

Our vehicles over the years have become "less car more computer"... as such they do require software/firmware updates to correct bugs or to improve things like how the transmission shifts or engine fuel management. This is normal these days. It will be nice in the furture when these updates can be done from your home over your wifi network

You could be lucky. But on the other hand, get into a nightmare.

I would not touch a 2015 if they paid me.
