I’m looking for a video that shows how to change coolant fluid in my 2017 1.5 CRV. There’s a video out there with slides, but is inaccurate. That one shows a radiator cap above the radiator. Mine doesn’t have one. It’s only on the overflow. Can’t seem to find one.

We can not tell people when to change their Cars maintenances rituals we can only suggest suggest.

Find the drain plug and then I'll let the next Poster continue from there.

I have 53K on vehicle. The book says replace at 60K. So I was just looking into this, since I’m going to do it myself.
I replace fluids early, usually half the recommended mileage. Changing all fluids will pay off in the long run.
You could always pull the lower radiator hose.
Fill through over flow tank. Start, let idle until fans come on and fill over flow tank as needed. This is the way I have done 4 previous Hondas.

without getting into a Debate or a giant write up on it here:

What stops you from doing small intervals. and do not say contamination.
