CR-V 08 OEM AMPLIFIER+SUB

I have the 08 ex with Navi and recently replaced with Chinese android audio source and i was wondering if i can connect the oem amplifier and sub that i have under the passengers seat with the android source. Does anyone done it? If yes how? Which cables?
