I am getting the parts together to replace my timing belt, tensioner, water pump, adjust valves, replace valve cover gaskets, etc.. The car has nearly 180,000 miles and this is the second timing belt. I had Honda do the last belt at 110,000 when I bought this car. I don't know if they changed out the crank and/or cam seals. Should I pull the old seals and replace them while I'm in there? I think that at the very least I should replace the cam seals.

My kit came with new seals, but I didn't replace them because I was afraid of not getting a good seal between the block and the seal. Of course, after I put everything back together I realized the new seals had rubber outer edges instead of metal and wished I would have changed them.
