Thinking about putting crossbars on my '19 Touring. Thing is...when I look at OEM crossbars, they're black and my rails are silver. Am I the only one that thinks that's odd? Does anyone have them on their vehicle that they could share a photo? I see them on V's bustling around town, but I haven't seen one up close. Thanks!

Yakima SkyLine System with JetStream Silver crossbars, and the Thule Evo Wingbar also comes in a "silver" crossbar version.

But both are going to run you around US $600.

I purchased the crossbars for my touring on black friday from college hills. I plan on getting a basket to carry luggage and other large loads on the roof since I am going to have a child seat in the back now, which means that folding down the seats won't be so practical.

I don't have the crossbars on my Touring, but when I put a set on another vehicle I had, it took me a few moments to realize where the noise was coming from. It didn't take me long to remove them and only put them back on when I needed them.
