Please refer to the picture below. My V has ~100K miles. I am doing rear suspension work and these bushings are accessible for replacement, if needed. I have few questions.

Q1: I have already bought OEM part (ref in picture HAB-004). Should I replace them ? The old ones look okay to the naked eye. The real question is will I run into alignment problem during installation of the trailing arm.

Q2: Bushing referred to as HAB-003 in the photo: This is an aftermarket product. I haven't bought them yet. Should I replace these ? Has anyone done that ? Is it complex (removal of old busing and pressing the new one in) ? Is there any write up on the procedure ?

Thanks!

You should replace the bushing only if it wiggles or loose. If its tight and good then no. If its cracked then also replace it.

Isn't hab-003 a really expensive part. Like 100$ each? I was considering swapping the whole arm instead just can't find one. Had a tough time with the cam/alignment bolts.
