First action is to replace the automatic transmission fluid with genuine Honda DW-1 fluid. It's a simple drain and fill, no filter involved. If you bring it to a shop should take them 30 minutes.
If the issues diminishes, have the fluid drained & filled 3 more times to achieve 90% new ATF.
If that doesn't work have the shop retrieve the trouble codes (probably transmission codes that require an advanced OBDII reader). Report back with your outcome.
PS: How many miles on the car and how long have you owned it? Any service records?
