Welcome to the forum! Please tell us the year and model of your CR-V, plus your location, so that we can offer more specific help. Also, rather than post in this generic section, you will get better results if you post in the appropriate Generation Section for your car.

The flashing D-light indicates an issue with your transmission. I would first check the fluid level. Then note when the last fluid change was done. It may be time for a change. Next, this can indicate a sensor or solenoid issue. You'll want to check to see if the car is throwing a code, which should give more specific clues as to what the issue might be. This will require hooking up a Code Reader to your OBD-II data port. I would not let this go longer than necessary, as transmission issues don't usually improve over time. Let us know what you find out.
