Given how haphazardly they did the job, I doubt they'll give a damn about rectifying the situation. Who did the job? If it was at the Honda dealership, at least you have recourse.

Depending on who you talk to, the BBB will warn the company that their name is going up there, unless they fix the issue. Also, some news companies will do helpful antics to get the company out of customers. Here it's called "Channel 7 On Your Side" they basicaly interview the bad doers to make them feel like criminals, and make a them lose a lot of business.

Don't businesses pay a yearly fee to become a BBB member? Don't think BBB will do anything unless you are. Correct me if I'm wrong...

I posted instructions from the helms service manual on the removal of these panels and there's no way I could of done without it. You need to place your tool in very specific spots and the panels must come off in sequence. I doubt your installers had the benefit.
