As I'm shopping for a CRV, I've noticed that most dealers are not flexing on add-on option pricing. I've noticed most dealer added options like pro-pack, spoiler, crossbars, etc seem to be priced at MSRP plus installation costs.

Just curious if anyone has found some flexibility in pricing.

You gotta hit him at the end of the process just as he thinks he has a sell! Tell him these are the things you need thrown in to complete the deal or your walking. Even if they let you walk, they usually end up calling you back.

Do that to a few dealerships and you will get the 1 that wants to get the deal done. Gotta be a bit patient and not rush in a get sucked in.

That's been my experience.

OR you can buy the accessories on Amazon at a discount and install yourself. I already replaced my rear bumper cover and it cost $105 delivered.
