My husband purchased for me a brand new 2016 CRV Touring. Shortly after purchasing it I noticed that the GPS was not showing roads! Just an empty screen with an arrow and road names just there. Wants me to travel almost 30 miles instead of the 7 it really is to get to my home from a certain spot. I have had it into the shop 5 times since February, had another CRV brought to my home and showed the roads mine didn't. The dealership had to fight to get a new GPS put into my truck. Still didn't work after a new system put in. I opened a case with Honda Customer Affairs and was told that the GPS system was working correctly as it designed to do and they could do NOTHING for me but I was to wait for an update that could take up to a year to receive and that I would have to pay for it! And hope that it would work! Not only that but also found out that any other CRV made about the same time as mine with similar Vin numbers would do the same thing! I know this is true because the dealership brought another vehicle with similar and it also did not work! How many more are out there not working correctly and not getting resolved?
