Do you drive with ECO on or off?

Do you usually keep the ECO on or off when driving? Or do you turn on the ECO button during highway drives and keep it off for city driving? I find ECO to be sluggish so I prefer to keep it off but not sure the impact it has on the mpg.

a few threads on this already - might want to search..

i found that on a 6 hr trip - 3 hrs each way, the diff to on/off was about 1 mpg.

for me it's about how someone drives. in a hurry, i guess more get up and go is wanted, so ECO off.

I leave mine on all the time, and I get great mileage on my 2018 Touring. Typically 28.5, and this is mostly around town.
Off.. Have not used it once. I'm very happy with getting 30+ mpgs on most rides now that the frigid weather is gone.
Drive with it ON all the time. Mileage averages +/- 32. Happy with results. Why fix it if it ain’t broke?
Do you all have FWD? I don't even come close to this with my AWD.
