Check the manual, it list all the options for locking/unlocking and how to set them. It's not easy but you can set so all the doors unlock once the car goes into park, or you can just unlock the drivers door.
Same for locking, they will all lock when you move out of park or they will all lock when you reach 10 or 15 mph.
