Welcome to the forum! You can take a look, but seat parts are not available separately, so you will likely need to find one at a wrecking yard. If so, make sure it comes out of an EX-L. '07-'09 should be the same. If you want to try to fix it, you'll have to take the seat out and just examine it to see if that's possible. The internal parts on these things are as complicated as a watch, so it will take considerable mechanical aptitude. It could be something simple like the handle or a broken spring, or possibly a piece of upholstery has gotten tangled in the mechanism, so it might be worth a look, but more likely it's a broken or severely worn part. Drivers seat broken 2007
My daughters 07 CRV EXL drivers seat is broken . When raising the seat to a high position the seat will not stay high. The seat adjuster is broken the seat will sink back to the lowest setting . I couldn’t find what part I needed online unless I have to get the whole seat bottom which cost bucks. Any tips how to fix it?

Go to a junkyard buy a new seat and leave yours there
