Cleaned most of the exposed surfaces in the engine bay using only STP Cleaning and Engine De-greasing wipes. The results turned out to be acceptable. I used the same camera and similar lighting.

Before cleaning (picture taken 4 days before cleaning. A freeze frame from a video taken by the same camera. No date was inserted in the video):

No pics of how dirty it was?
Did u air dry after wiping?
I was kicking myself for not taking a picture before the cleaning. Engine bay was dirty but not super dirty. Most of the cleaner evaporated within a few minutes. I just wiped wet areas with a dry paper towel and the car was ready to go.

Found a picture I took 4 days before the cleaning. It was a freeze frame from a video taken with the same camera as the other pics. Added in Post #1

Looks good genuser!
I usually just wipe down the engine a bit with a rag when I dry off the car after washing it. Not much more than dust.
