I have a 98 2wd auto crv. Whenever I come to a complete stop. The engine will sometimes have a weird idle and then when I push the gas to go it’ll studder step and feel like dying and then go. I replaced the distributor but the code is still up after resetting it. Any help would be great.

A quick Goooooogle said that it could be the Crankshaft Position Sensor

P1382 Honda Description The Crankshaft Position (CKP) Sensor determines timing for fuel injection and ignition of each cylinder and also detects engine speed. The Top Dead Center (TDC) Sensor determines ignition timing at start-up (cranking) and when crank angle is abnormal. Cylinder Position (CYP) Sensor detects the position of No. 1 cylinder for sequential fuel injection to each cylinder. The CKP/TDC/CYP Sensor is built into the distributor.

If indeed that sensor is inside the dizzy, you are likely looking at a chafed wire or poor connection.
