I'm concerned about possible surprise repair bills (especially given all the electronic gadgets) when my 2017 CRV goes out of warranty. Searching the web, if I understand things correctly (and I'm not sure I do), Honda does not appear to have its own extended warranty. One must go to a 3rd party. I wonder if anyone could provide recommendations. Thank you.

Honda does have its own extended warranty. Honda care.. you can buy it online from Honda dealers. Price is very negotiable. Do your research.
