P1108 Honda Description
The Barometric Pressure (BARO) sensor is built into the Engine Control Module (ECM) and monitors atmospheric pressure. The ECMestimates appropriate intake airflow from the Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor output voltage and BARO sensor output voltage. If the BARO sensor output voltage is a specified value or more, the ECM detects a malfunction and a code is stored.

Hi. I've this code that will not clear at all. I'm not sure where I'm meant to look to try fixing it. 2004 2.0

If you actually got a P1108, more than likely you'll have to replace the PCM. Since the BARO sensor is internal to the PCM there's no way to fix/replace it so you'll have to replace the PCM itself.
