I drove by the H Dealership today on the way to work and,
wow here is a line of 25 V's. I drive by another 10 miles up the
road and, wow they also have 23 v"s in a perfect row.
Is the factory working OT or this is the last of the year
roundup, before change over? Any one else seeing this?
Or is it just here in SE Michigan.

Yes we are working OT, but the Major Model Change doesn't happen until 2012. So they must have gotten a long awaited delivery in.

We run 2 shifts and build 475 a shift, give or take a few. But we also run Crosstours and Elements within this 950 units a day, so it's hard to say exactly how many CRV's we run a day.

Wow guess I never really thought about it. So all three models are
assembled on the same line? Mixed in among each other, or are
they run in groups? That somewhere about 58 per hour!
And how many days a week does this roll?

Yes all 3 on 1 line. And they run in groups ( we call them lots ). When we run the Elements (every couple of days), there are usually 120 of them. The CrossTour (almost every day), 120-240 at a time. The rest are CRV's.

We have 1 more Saturday production in May, then we are back to 5 days until Sept when the Saturdays start back up.

So are you already making the new model year that's due out in September?
