I use mine for delivering food. I've fit 15 Chipotle catering boxes in the back. I also delivered Amazon packages last December and the entire rear filed with boxes of all sizes. I delivered those boxes to Golden Colorado, many of those roads up there are dirt roads and drove up some driveways I would not take a car.
I've had my hybrid for almost a year now and would not give it up. I bought a second CR-V this week, no hybrid though but both are touring models. Being able to open the lift gate without using a key fob when my hands are full is one of my most used features.
