I have a used Curt hitch 13119 from my 2014 CRV. It will fit any 4th Gen CRV. Other then some surface rust, its in good condition. (It wont fit our new 2017)
I have the wiring harness and all of the hardware except one u-bolt which can be ordered from Curt (7_16 - 14 x 1.75" x 1.00" C-C)
The instruction call for the under side plastic pan to be modified. I have the modified pan from my car included.
Im in NY, on Long Island (11742). Prefer local pickup but can certainly ship if someone want to pay the shipping expense.

I can email in the meantime.
$80 get it all.
