Apologies if posted in the wrong thread.
The long and short is I'm about to become a proud owner of a 2012 (mk3) EX subject to me having a couple of days to think about it. The exterior and interior are in great shape and the price is right. The problem is the milage, 145k (miles). The service history is full Honda and there are invoices for every service. I have few doubts that the car could potentially have another 50k plus in it, however the service intervals were annual, which means it has been covering 35k miles between oil changes. This gives me concerns with the timing chain.
I'd really welcome people's opinions as between recently becoming a Dad and also going self employed, I can't afford to throw this money down the oil pan so to speak!
