Tomorrow my crv is being returned to Honda. I've barely had it a year, it has a brand new starter motor in it, (which I haven't finished paying for), 5 new tyres at rego. I'm a bit sad to say goodbye. Anyway, the thing is that I can't get the tow ball off. I've removed the pin & that's it. Any hints? I'm a 67yo lady, with not greatly strong shoulders. Thanks, Ros.

Welcome to the forum! If you mean that you are unable to get the receiver bar out of the hitch, then I'd suggest a few judicious taps on the sides and end with a hammer to dislodge any rust holding it in place. It shouldn't be too difficult to get out.

Ok, thanks. Receiver bar, hitch, ahhh. So that's what they're called lol. I think you're right about rust, I felt it underneath when I sprayed it with wd40. I'll try the hammer. Thanks again.
