Just a note to all. I had several connectivity questions on my new 2016 CRV and through the dealer, got a toll free number where the Honda resource was FANTASTIC. He understood iPhone, Android phones, different Acura and Honda car head units, and the different connectivity aspects of each. He was as honest as he could be (given who pays his salary), and had good workarounds for things like voice recognition that still have their growing pains.

I suggested they patrol forums like these to provide assistance, but seems they are not allowed, since they do not "own" or moderate these forums (the way Apple oversees forums on their own site).

Highly recommend you call 888-528-7876 with your questions... Great resource.

Be interesting to learn what your problems/concerns were that prompted you to contact Honda. Did they help fix the issue(s)?
